‘Christian’ Swapping Site Hooks Up Married Couples With Sex Partners for ‘Free Love’


Biblical marriage II pdControversy is stirring over a professing Christian website that provides a venue for married couples to hook up with other partners to find ‘free love.’

The term swinger is defined as “a person who swaps sexual partners in a group” or “who engages freely in promiscuous sex.” It has been virtually unheard of in Christian circles–until now.

A shocking free dating site says that Christians should be able to exchange sexual partners because Jesus allegedly taught that men are not to judge the lifestyles of others.

“For Christian swingers things are not easy–often other religious people judge you, out of ignorance or envy, telling you that your lifestyle and love practices are wrong,” it states. “But the Bible teaches us ‘Judge not lest ye be judged’ and there’s that verse about the first stone.”

The site claims that its services are for those who find no conflict between their faith and having sexual relations with someone who is not their spouse.

“[I]f you’re keen on keeping your privacy, … and don’t want your friends, coworkers, other PTA members or just about anyone else to know that you don’t have a problem with faith and enjoying free love with other couples, this site can help you!” it continues. “It’s designed to cater to the needs of those like you: devout Christian couples who still want to have an active love life and share it with another, in good faith!”

The site, which features sexually suggestive profile photos from couples both nationally and internationally–from Gastonia, North Carolina to Durban, South Africa–claims that it could “change [a couple's] life for the better” by expanding their sphere of sexual partners.

“Visit our club and discover other Christian couples with the same interests and desires who find you hot,” it states. “[We] will make your life easier and give you more access to potential dating partners!”

Reaction to the site has largely been negative.

“This is ridiculous and disgustingly shameful! So, this is what they want to represent to an already fallen world?” one commenter asked. “These are not Christians. They are delusional secularists run amuck! People beware: This is not anointed by God. Read His word (The Bible) and learn who He truly is; and you will see that this is spitting in the face of our Lord and Savior!”

“What ever happened to forsaking all others as long as you shall live?” another asked. “‘Judge not lest ye be judged’ never gives license for adultery, pedophilia, murder, imperialism, economic injustices, environmental degradation, violations to human civil liberties, gender injustices, racial injustices, and other evils at all.”

However, News One also took a poll about the matter, and found that 27 percent of their readers believed there was nothing wrong with the concept of a Christian swinger. Still, 36 percent believed that those who engage in sexual relationships with those other than their spouse will be held accountable for breaking God’s holy law and will spend eternity in Hell if they do not repent.

  2. The real underling problem is not only the 27% who say it is ok but 37% apparently do not have an opinion on this! That means 64% of so called “Christians” do not think it is wrong! True Christian honor the Fathers Word. True Christians are change people. 2 Corinthians 5:16-17 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 1 John 2:15-16 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

  3. At first I found this shocking, but then realized that those who claim to be Christian and homosexual are much further from the mark than these ‘Christian’ swingers?

  4. God did say in his word, folks will deny Him and His word, and be lovers of themselves. Meaning folks will make up “man made rules to follow by, and do as they please, and forget God exist.

Avoid such people.

  6. Clement Pulaski, how is a homosexual any different than a ‘Christian Swinger’, or a ‘Christian Drinker’, or a ‘Wealthy Christian’, for that matter? Sin is sin in the eyes of God and I never got the memo that told me which ones were more or less ok. Fill me in.

Oh my dear friends, all of u that have commented. many have mentioned Gods Law the Holy Ten Commandments, but I bet all of u keep sunday holy when The Ten Commandments clearly states in the fourth to remember to keep the seventh day as the True Sabbath! and no I am not jewish. so You are all in sin as well!   8. I certainly understand the rhubarb over people doing their own clever interpretation of the Bible (while ignoring the rest of it) to justify something they want to do. If you’re going to adhere to a faith you can’t just pick and choose what you like and what you don’t.

    Now a couple of disclaimers – I’m an atheist and my wife and I have been swingers for years. I understand how (most) devout Christians view this, and respect it. While I think I’d be a “bad” Christian, it doesn’t make us bad *people*. You’d be shocked about how many “normal” people you know that are swingers – happy, well-adjusted people. Some of our best friends are devout Mormons, and others are devout.. I dunno some specific branch. But they haven’t the slightest idea, and they never will. We keep that part of our lives private, for obvious reasons.

    This web site seems ridiculous, and on par with sites (that I’m making up) like whiskeyluvinmuslims. com, jewslovebacon. com, hindus4hamburgers. com, etc.

    “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be;
    and that which is done is that which shall be done:
    and there is no new thing under the sun.”
    Indeed this so called “free love” has been done by other so called “christians” they are the Gnostics whom practiced orgies amongst other things of a sinful nature. So this was not unheard of in “christian”circles.No,what was forgotten was our own Christian history.In fact a lot of what is coming into the church is Gnosticism re-packaged or Hinduism re-packed(new age movement). The Enemy likes to repackage old sinful things and repackage it as something new.But we as Christians who love our precious Lord and Savior-God must be vigilant in learning the Word of God and our own history.We are called to : “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them ” – Ephesians 5:11.
