In a new video released by the Islamic terrorist group identified as ISIS or the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, jihadists with the organization threatened to behead Barack Obama and place America under Islamic rule.

The video, entitled “Bombardment of Peaceful Muslims in the City of Mosul,” begins by showing the damage caused by Kurdish Peshmerga forces in Iraq, including the bodies of the dead and those hospitalized.

The footage then shows masked ISIS jihadists holding a captured Kurdish soldier, and one of them presents a threatening speech directed at the United States, France and Belgium.

“This is the fate of anyone who opposes Islam,” he declares before beheading the soldier. “Know, oh Obama, that we will reach America. Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and transform America into a Muslim province.”

“And this is my message to France and its sister, Belgium. We advise you that we will come to you with car bombs and explosive charges and we will cut off your heads,” the unidentified ISIS member continues.

He then threatens to also decapitate Kurdish President Masoud Barzani.

“But as for you, oh Masoud, you dog, we are going to behead you and throw you into the trash bin of history,” the ISIS adherent threatens. “Know that we are men who fear no one. We will institute the laws of Allah, may he be exalted and praised.”

“This is one of your soldiers’ fate,” he says just before beheading the man, “and every time you launch a missile, we will send you back the head of one of your soldiers. You are killing children and bombarding civilians, while claiming that this is forbidden in your constitution.”

The Kurdish fighter screams as a knife is put to his throat and Muslim onlookers cheer as they watch the man lose his head.

The terrorist organization made similar threats last year, vowing to “raise the flag of Allah in the White House” and “drown all [Americans] in blood.” It beheaded two American journalists and one Army vet who was engaged in humanitarian work in Syria.

But ISIS has threatened a number of countries around the world, and most recently beheaded a Japanese soldier while using the Christian man who traveled to Iraq in an effort to save his life as a political pawn.

The wife of 47-year-old Kenji Goto issued an emotional plea on behalf of her husband late Thursday.

“My husband and I have two very young daughters. Our baby girl was only three weeks old when Kenji left,” she wrote. “I hope our oldest daughter, who is just two, will get to see her father again. I want them both to grow up knowing their father.”

Earlier this week, Goto was featured in video footage, holding a photograph of Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kassasbeh, explaining that ISIS would kill both of them if Islamic prisoner and would-be suicide bomber Sajida al-Rishawi is not released.

Jordanian officials have vowed that if anything happens to al-Kassabeh, they will execute the terrorists responsible for his death.
