The seventh expose’ video surrounding Planned Parenthood’s alleged harvesting and sale of aborted babies was released today, featuring testimony that suggests that some babies are alive when their organs are harvested.

The footage, released by the Center for Medical Progress, features clips from the past six videos, as well as new footage from an interview with former StemExpress procurement technician Holly O’Donnell, who had shared part of her story last week.

In Wednesday’s video, O’Donnell recalled a time at Planned Parenthood’s San Jose, California facility when her supervisor called her into the room to show her that the baby’s heart was still beating, but pressed forward with removing the child’s brain anyway.

“The moment I see [the aborted child], I’m just flabbergasted,” she shared. “This is the most gestated fetus and the closest thing to a baby I’ve seen.”

“She’s like, ‘I want to show you something,’ and she has one of her instruments and she just taps the heart and it starts beating,” O’Donnell remembered, looking stunned. “And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus and it’s heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”

The former fetal tissue procurement worker said that the baby had all of his facial features.

“It had a face,” O’Donnell recalled. “It wasn’t completely torn off, and it’s nose was very pronounced. It had eyelids. The mouth was pronounced.”

Because the baby was removed intact, O’Donnell’s supervisor told her that it looked like a “really good fetus” and that the company “can procure a lot from it.” She decided to take the brain.

O’Donnell realized that the plan meant cutting the baby’s head open.

“Okay, so what you do is, you go through the face,” she recalled the woman stating. “And she takes the scissors and makes a small incision [at the chin] and goes maybe a little bit through the mouth. And she’s like, ‘Okay, can you go the rest of the way?'”

O’Donnell said that although she was reluctant, she followed instructions to cut the baby “down the middle of the face.”

“I can’t even describe what that feels like,” she said.

The brain was then harvested and put in a jar, and O’Donnell was left to clean up.

“I’m just sitting there like, ‘What did I just do?'” she recalled. “And that was the moment that I knew that I couldn’t work for the company anymore.”

O’Donnell remembers holding the dead baby in her hands as she went to place his or her remains in a medical waste container and thinking, “What am I doing?” But as she put him in the container, his feet were dangling out.

“I remember having to pick each one of his feet up and put them in the container and close the lid,” she said.

O’Donnell said that she would return to the container later and tearfully open the lid and hold the baby in her hands.

“It’s really hard knowing that you’re the only person that’s ever going to hold that baby,” she said.

Other clips from the video reveal that there are instances when the child is born intact and alive, yet cut open for harvesting anyway.

“[T]here are times when after the procedure is done that the heart is still beating,” explained Dr. Ben Van Handel of the fetal tissue company Novogenix, which has reportedly worked with Planned Parenthood Senior Director of Medical Services, Deborah Nucatola.

“Today’s video contains heartrending admissions about the absolute barbarism of Planned Parenthood’s abortion practice and baby parts sales in which fetuses are sometimes delivered intact and alive,” said Center for Medical Progress Project Director David Daleiden in a statement. “Planned Parenthood is a criminal organization from the top down and should be immediately stripped of taxpayer funding and prosecuted for their atrocities against humanity.”
