JANESVILLE (Gazette Extra) — About a dozen anti-abortion advocates from the group Missionaries to the Preborn picketed Speaker Paul Ryan’s Janesville office Monday, calling on him to permanently defund Planned Parenthood.

People from the Milwaukee-based group carried signs outside Ryan’s office with slogans such as “Planned Parenthood Murders Babies,” “Paul Ryan Supports Selling Baby Parts” and “Paul Ryan Supports Planned Parenthood.”

The group planned a similar protest at the intersection of Milton Avenue and Humes Road later Monday.
