‘I Kissed a Girl’ Katy Perry Mocks Her Christian Upbringing While Receiving Homosexual Advocacy Award

LOS ANGELES — Pop star Katheryn Hudson, who goes by the stage name Katy Perry, mocked her Christian upbringing on Saturday as she received an award from a prominent homosexal advocacy organization.

Hudson, the daughter of evangelical minister Keith Hudson and former CCM artist, pointed to her 2008 hit song “I Kissed a Girl” as she told those gathered at the Human Rights Campaign’s gala that “I did more than that,” generating cheers and applause.

“[H]ow was I going to reconcile that with the gospel-singing girl raised in youth groups that were pro-conversion camps?” she asked. “What I did know was I was curious, and even then I knew sexuality was not as black and white as this dress.”

Hudson noted that she was brought up to know homosexual behavior was wrong, and that she prayed against such temptations as a youth.

“My first words were Mama and Dada, God and Satan,” she said. “Right and wrong were taught to me on felt boards, and of course, through the glamorous Jan Crouch crying diamond teardrops every night on that vaseline TBN television screen.”

“When I was growing up, homosexuality was synonymous with the word abomination and Hell, a place of gnashing of teeth, continuing burning of skin, and probably Mike Pence’s ultimate guest list for a barbeque,” Hudson jeered. “No way. I wanted the pearly gates and the unlimited froyo toppings, so most of my unconscious adolescence, I prayed the gay away at my Jesus camps.”

She said that when she broke into the secular music industry, it took her out of the Christian “bubble” and she met those who identified as homosexual. Hudson praised them as being “magic” for “living their truth.”

“But then in the middle of it all, in a twist of events, I found my gift, and my gift introduced me to people outside my bubble, and my bubble started to burst,” Hudson stated. “These people were nothing like I had been taught to fear. They were the most free, strong, kind and inclusive people I have ever met.”

“They stimulated my mind, and they filled my heart with joy, and they [expletive] danced with joy while doing it. These people are actually magic, and they are magic because they are living their truth,” she said.

Hudson said that the experience began her evolution.

“What a revelation—and not the last chapter of the Bible,” she declared, generating laughter. “I hope I stand here as evidence for all that no matter where you came from, it’s about where you are going.”

Hudson also also counseled those gathered that the “little voice inside of you pushing you to discover who you are is a trusted friend.”

As previously reported, Hudson began singing as a CCM artist at age 15, and released her first national album in 2001.

“He’ll prevail in the midst of all my sin and temptations,” she sang out on the song “Faith Won’t Fail,” featured on her self-titled debut album.

In an interview with CCM Magazine, Hudson stated that one her musical influences was Keith Green, who was known to be bold in his lyrical witness for Christ.

However, in 2007, she signed with with the secular label Capitol Records, and soon released her first single, “I Kissed a Girl,” which rose to the number one position on the secular pop charts. The popularity of Hudson’s single brought continued national attention until she became one of the most well-known pop artists in the secular music industry. She later announced that she no longer professed to be a Christian.

“I don’t believe in a Heaven or a Hell, or an old man sitting on a throne,” Hudson told Marie Claire Magazine in 2013. “I’m not Buddhist, I’m not Hindu, I’m not Christian, but I still feel like I have a deep connection with God.”

Her parents have stated that they do not agree with all the choices that their daughter has made during her career.

In a book proposal by Hudson’s mother, which was shopped in 2011, Mary Hudson reportedly outlined a number of concerns to set the record straight about her feelings.

“I recognized the psalmist gift in her performance. Yet she sang out, ‘I kissed a girl, and I liked it,’ while thousands joined her,” she wrote. “One part of my heart soared … [but] the other part broke for the thousands of hungry souls being fed something that didn’t nourish their spirit, but fed their flesh.”

U.K. preacher J.C. Ryle (1816-1900) once said in referencing 1 Peter 5:8, “That mighty [devil] who did not fear to attack Jesus himself is still going about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

    This is really sad. We (the Church) in our “rush to self righteousness” are so quick to condem others in a way that makes them feel that we are condemning them and not their sin. She say’s “These people were nothing like I had been taught to fear. They were the most free, strong, kind and inclusive people I have ever met.” This is how the Church is to be. It is a shame that the world looks better than we do.

      Well, unfortunately, the reality is that people go absolutely widely out of control what that three-letter word gay is mentioned. Wait until our old lady from Asia sees this. She’s going to go nuts preaching against the “sodomites” and how they are ruining her perfect little universe.

      at one point i feel pity for her but then i think of her fans , the young gullible who will follow her ways in some degree. few will use their minds and say hey this will lead me to destruction. sin destroys and you never her about herpes or aids in pop songs just easy sex. or burnt out mind from drugs you do not hear about real consequences so my pity is tossed by what she is standing for and the rebellion the youth will learn. sinful people wax worse and worse and become emboldened in sin

      The ‘world’s” view is mostly hedonistic without regard to eternal consequences… There are none more subtle in convincing people that love equals inclusiveness in a non-judgemental manner than Satan and his followers… Love rather means forgiveness for those who depart from sin… We do not condemn nor judge because God will do both in His time… We should however remind others of where they can find Truth.

          If you have a Bible verse to support the “COMMANDED” requirement, I would appreciate that reference… I have always understood that we are not to judge nor condemn others by our personal opinions but rather to utilize righteous judgement per Biblical standards… In addition we are not to judge others if we ourselves are guilty of any sin for which we would attempt to judge others… Regardless, final judgement and potential condemnation rests with God not man…

            John 7:24. It is in the Present Imperative. Your following comments “utilize righteous judgement” is that verse but it is more than “utilize”.

            Also, the Greek word “krino is used both for “judge” and “condemn” so context must determine which. That said, we are not to “condemn” but we are to “judge”. And, to be clear, telling a practicing unrepentant Homosexual who is calling God a Liar by saying that God approves of His homosexual behaviors that they are going to wind up in the torment of the Lake of Fire for ALL Eternity if they do not confess (agree with God) and repent (turn from their sin) is NOT “condemning” them. Jesus tells us that in John 3:17-20.

            You are also correct hat our opinions are of NO concern or merit. Only what God has said. And you are correct about not judging others for which we are guilty of as well – in the sense of “guilty” as in not having confessed, repented, and being forgiven. In other words, presently doing as well.

        Let me clarify. When I wrote my original comment I did leave out a couple of things. I’m not suggesting that the church say all are welcome just as you are and not expect them to change in the image of Christ. We do tend to reject them based on their sin instead of showing them God’s love and how He can change them.

    Adults continue to permanently turn away from homosexuality, even after decades of believing the lie they were “born that way”, proving it’s not genetic, but the product of indoctrination, confusion, mental instability and/or abuse.

    Homosexual behavior is most literally pointed out as a sin, and God has not changed on that regard. But if a person has those inclinations but does not act upon them, does not dwell in lust upon others, but is instead struggling against them to avoid them, then it’s not a sin. It’s just like sinful inclinations of any kind: it’s acting upon it when it becomes a sin.

    And this is what God says about sin and specifically the behavior of homosexuality:

    Romans 1:26-27 ”For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: (27) And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their_lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.”

    1 Corinthians 6:9-10 ”Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate [men who willingly take on the part of a “woman” with another man], nor abusers of themselves with mankind [s odomites], (10) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”

    1 Timothy 1:9-10 ”Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, (10) For_whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind [s odomites], for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;”

    Jude 1:7 ”Even as_Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”

    Luke 17:29 ”[Jesus said] But the same day that Lot went out of_Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.”

    Matthew 19:4-6 ”And he [Jesus] answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, (5) And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? (6) Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”

    Jesus made it quite clear God made us male and female so that a man will leave his father and mother (not two fathers, not three mothers and so on) and cleave onto his wife (not his husband and so on).

    The Word of God rebukes us all – even if we all try to say we don’t believe the Bible, the very Word of God will be our judge when we face Him. And God is a righteous judge and will judge us all – not turn a blind eye to our sin. Do not be deceived by the world: it’s God we will have to convince that His word was a lie, not men. What happened in Noah’s day when the entire world rejected God? Did God spare them because there were so many? No – they all perished except for Noah and his family!

    Proverbs 9:10 ”The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.”

    God spared not His chosen people – we are kidding ourselves if we think He will spare the United States of America if we choose to blatantly turn away from Him.

    Jeremiah 12:17 ”But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the LORD.”

    Luke 17:28-30 “So also as it was in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; (29) but the day Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from the heaven and destroyed them all. (30) Even so it shall be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”

    Romans 1:18-32 “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold [suppress] the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

    For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

    And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, m urder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”

    The entire Bible points out men having_sex with men is an abomination. Likewise woman having_sex with women. It’s not just Paul that pointed it out.

    Genesis 19:4-13 “But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of S odom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them [men wanting to have_sex with men].

    And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing [he offers his daughters to be_raped to keep them from having_sex with another man – shows_rape is not the issue but male on male_sex]; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.

    And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door. But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door. And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

    And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.”

    These two messengers were sent to destroy that place before the event where they tried to_rape these messengers.

    Leviticus 18:22 “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.”

    Leviticus 20:13 “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination …”

    Even cross-dressing is an abomination:

    Deuteronomy 22:5 “The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.”

    Deuteronomy 23:17 “There shall be no_whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a s odomite of the sons of Israel.”

    1 Kings 22:46 “And the remnant of the s odomites, which remained in the days of his father Asa, he took out of the land.”

    1 Kings 15:11-12 “And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, as did David his father. And he took away the s odomites out of the land, and removed all the idols that his fathers had made.”

    2 Kings 23:7 “And he brake down the houses of the s odomites, that were by the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the grove.”

    Ezekiel 16:49-50 “Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister S odom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good.”

    And the “pride” parades about homosexuality are more of the same.

    Matthew 19:4-5 “And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?”

    Not father and father. Not mother and mother. Not his husband.

    And only two people of opposite gender can become “one flesh”.

    Live forever, people – not temporarily only to be cast out for living for the things of this world.

        No, in the Bible those who perform homosexual behavior were_killed, not those who were “homosexual”. But that was true of other sexually immoral behaviors as well, which you ignore. And it was only for the Jewish people alone.

        So you think it’s not a choice because who would willfully choose something that leads to be bullied or being_killed? No, people often pick things they know will lead to such things and do not care.

    There might be a little peek behind the door as to what happened with her. The other neon sign is “They stimulated my mind, and they filled my heart with joy”. Note the operative word in that. Whenever you see “I”, “My”, and in genera “it’s all about ME” as the thread that runs throughout it’s pretty easy to see who their god is.

      I’m sure that the feeling is mutual. In a way, both gays and Christians need each other. It makes a lot of good money to set up an malevolent bogy-man who is out to get you. She grew up in a home that was apparently obsessed with gays–so much so that she felt unloved and unwanted when she couldn’t pray the gay away. She finally came to the conclusion that she is what she is, and if one group doesn’t want her, she will find another that is more accommodating. I know, for example, a number of gay people who are faithful Christians. They just have a bit of a tough time finding a good church. Too many churches have meddlesome people who are also gossips. If a man enters the church and is in his forties, yet unmarried, he is raw meat for the gossip mill. The questions and comments are all so subtle, and if the person deflects or doesn’t answer questions, it is the same as admitting that he truly is gay. It doesn’t matter what he is; it’s all in the perception. Too many men are also afraid to have close relationships with other men for fear that if seen walking with another man, or eating out with another man, or, heaven forbid, going to a concert with another man, he’s going to be labeled as gay. Ever notice that men hardly sit with other men in church?

People spend their lives and careers embedded in the Word of God, and they discover all sorts of things. And they come up with all sorts of conclusions that are well-documented by Scripture. This world is constantly evolving, and yesterday’s answers and solutions don’t always work today. There are word usages, for example, that Paul used that are unique within the cultural construct of the day. As people discover artifacts and lost historical records, things suddenly come to life. That’s what education does for people. It’s unfortunate that you see no use for it.

Part of the ongoing appeal of rock is its “rebel” image, that the performers are not just good-time entertainers, but bad boys and bad girls – Mick Jagger being another example that springs to mind. In America 2017, the real rebels are the ones who lead moral lives. Nothing rebellious or shocking about sleaze any more.

    I can see why she came to the conclusions that she came to. Read through the comments on this page, and we see a whole bunch of people who judge and condemn. There is zero understanding of the way she truly feels. Mention the gay word, and people go spasmodic. They just lob Bible verses at her in order to condemn her. On the other hand, she found a community of people who were willing to get to know her and how she felt. The one group repelled her, and the other group was welcoming.

    As far as those who felt that they walked away from homosexuality, if they were honest, they would admit that the attraction to the same sex is still there. All they have done is to find a mechanism to fight it. That is why you find so few people willing to be “poster children” for ex-gay ministries and so many leave. Mike Paulk is one such example. He was willing to be such a poster child until he was discovered at a gay bar in Washington DC and someone took his picture and disseminated i.

      I agree with you Midlandr. They are in darkness and it is their choice. That “bubble” they were brought up in is what God calls separation from the world.

      Also, the “norm of society” is not the norm we grew up in. This is the “new norm” which is exactly what we are seeing today. It is the ‘norm’ that will get much worse once the Church is taken out of this world and the anti-christ is in power. God bless!

  • Good for her. I, too, was raised to be a fundamentalist Christian. I was fortunate enough, however, to realize after high school that what one believes to be religious “truth,” is most often what they were taught from tot-hood to believe.

    That is why there are different religions in the world. Had someone who is now a Christian happened to have been born to a Muslim family, he just as likely would believe in Islam just as fervently as he now believes in Christianity. Same goes for believers all over the world. Their religious beliefs are more a matter of happenstance of birth rather than truth. This is irrefutable logic, and yet most Christians (and no doubt most believers of other religions) would deny it.

    This was the realization that caused me to enroll in college and study world religions (including their origins), philosophy and evolutionary science (which I’d previously said was false without knowing anything about it–as do fundamentalist Christians).

      There is an abundance of muslims that are converting to the Christian faith; also other religions. You need only pray to God and ask him to lead you. My grandfather could not read or write yet her had an intimate relationship with God. He also had the Holy Spirit which means that he spoke in tongues. You cannot discuss away the Holy Spirit. He was given to us by God to be a comforter, teacher and give us God’s power. Even if you cannot read, write, see, hear, walk, talk it doesn’t matter. You only need the Holy Spirit and a direct link between your heart and God which is called PRAYER. I would suggest to you that you start having prayer with God every day and ask him to show you the TRUTH and to lead you to it. Praying for you today.

      • Melinda, I agree. There are Muslims and people of other faiths converting to Christianity. However, the same can be said for Christians and people of other faiths converting to Islam and others.

        In fact, Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world.

        And, no, I cannot make a dent in the walls of any fundamentalist religion even with the most powerful cannonballs of logic and evidence. That is the very nature of fundamentalism and it, too, is the one point fundamentalists of all religions cannot understand.

        When a person comes to realize why he rejects all other religions, then he will realize why the other religions reject his.

      Christianity isn’t a religion. It’s a relationship. It is personally knowing Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Ghost. Oh, i can tell you, it’s not just head knowledge. When Jesus comes into a heart you will KNOW it and you will never be the same! I am a senior citizen, and have been saved since I was 30 years old. I’ve seen sinners (first and foremost MYSELF!) transformed by true saving grace! No one can tell me that Jesus Christ isn’t real, and that He still saves today! “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” – Acts 4:12 We are all called to Repent from our sins and to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Whosoever will SHALL be saved! 🙂

          I was in a religious system for 30 years. I did everything that sect told me to do, and had no peace, and knew I was lost. In this day and age, what a blessing to have Jesus as my Ark of safety! May all find Him is my prayer.

          • Fascinating, and you don’t call yourself, “religious.” Yet your description of your BELIEF is exactly a model of the definitions you cited.

            You seem to be saying, however, that because you left a particular denomination with which you were uncomfortable, you are not now religious, but still hold even stronger to the teaching of “Jesus,” the “person” upon whose doctrine you seem to believe, and upon which the religion of Christianity is based.

            So, your description of your faith fits the description of a religion–the Christian religion. You may be unaffiliated with a particular denomination and have your own views and feelings about that supernatural power, but you are still a Christian.

            The simple fact that one BELIEVES in a supernatural power, and loves that belief and is happy believing it, IS within the very structure of most religions, personal or organized. Your feelings about being happy and “knowing” that you will dwell forever in paradise (a Persian word) has nothing to do with anything outside of religion.

            I don’t expect you to accept my rebuttal, but then, no strongly religious person would. That’s the very nature of fundamentalism–believing so strongly that neither logic nor evidence would ever change the mind..

            However, believe as you will. I’m glad you are happy, especially if your belief doesn’t include voting for politicians who work to micromanage the lives of others who do not believe as you–such as denying others the right to marry the person they love and supporting laws and policies that hurt others.

            Thank you for your reply! I do understand your correct point that Christianity is a “religion”. The point that I was really hoping to convey, though, is that it is so much more than that as compared to other religions, HobbesianWorld.

            I can only reiterate what I already stated. Christianity is not man dreaming up some method for reaching into the supernatural world to God’s realm. It is God revealing Himself to man through Jesus Christ His Son. Jesus showed His love to fallen man by coming and doing for us what we could not do for ourselves. The whole salvation that pertains to Christianity from beginning to end is of the Lord. Man can do nothing, God has done everything. To me, that goes beyond what we think of as “religion”. It is all centered on the person of the God-Man, Jesus Christ!

            I’m not a theologian, or a scholar, I’m just someone who loves the Lord. I’m thankful for all that He has done for me, and that , to put it briefly, is a LOT. I could write a book on what I’ve seen in the last 33 years. I just wanted to share a bit of His goodness with others! 🙂

            I do honor your belief, but of course, I must differ on what is necessary to bring about a better world (noting, I think, that you are talking about salvation–a better existence after death). But I think such beliefs are counter productive to life here and now, which I believe is all we have.

            The religious concept that humans are “fallen” has no real relevance outside of religion. The brutal history of the human condition is exactly what one should expect from biological evolution.

            We’ve gradually become more civil over time, due, in no small measure, to the Enlightenment. Even Christianity knew little justice and empathy until it was bathed in the light of reason, and still it took many years before it ceased its wars of conquest, torture, mass killings and child castrations.

            To believe in a supernatural power is fine, but to make that belief exclusive by building walls of doctrinal bricks is to crush beneath the only doctrine in the Bible worth having: “And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.” Luke 6:31, KJV

            Stating it in humanist terms, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

            You said that you could write a book on what your god has done for you in the past 33 years. Why don’t you? I did. I wrote a novel that suggests what the world might look like were universal empathy, not self interest, the primary motivating force in humans–an actual genetic impulse stronger than all others. It is a depiction of what I belive a truly benevolent god would have done, and what humans can accomplish with no help from a god.

            Were a benevolent god to change humans such that we had The Empathy Imperative, it would happen instantly. If humans do it alone, it will likely require the better part of another millennium. But we are, despite setbacks like ISIS and its ilk, making progress.

            I glad that you are happy with your life, but I do wish you would give yourself (or those who helped you) some credit.

  • Think about it: Had the 18th-century founding fathers (like their 17th-century Christian Colonial forbears) established government and society upon Yahweh’s immutable/unchanging moral laws (including Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13), there would be no homosexual agenda in America because no sodomite or lesbian would dare risk exposing themselves to petition government for their “rights.” In turn, this would be mean far less of our posterity being sodomized and proselytized by these perverts.

    I feel sorry for her parents. They have a daughter that they nurtured, changed diapers, kissed boo boos, wiped away tears, held her hand the first day of kindergarten, taught about God and Heaven, kept her safe from the world (i.e. perverts, child molesters, drugs, alcohol, etc. etc.) taught her right from wrong, helped her grow up to be a person with good self-esteem. A daughter that is now consumed by the darkness of sin. Her heart has strayed away from God. God gave her a gift to be used for his glory. A gift that other well-known singers were given in generations past that has led them down the wrong path, ahead of her. The world pretends to be her friend but they will not be their friend in Hell. Rather, they will be gnashing their teeth at her for leading them to Hell. However, keep praying. Hope is not lost. Keep lifting her name up to God to uncover sin from her eyes. Don’t put her down or call her names or make her feel like she is nothing. Love is how they know we are Christians. She can come back to the Lord and WHEN she does, she will bring many with her. It is not too late until her eyes close in death. People don’t realize that the gnashing of teeth, the continuous torment of the flames, the disgusting demonic creatures, the darkness is not the worst part of Hell or the part to fear the most…the part of HELL that is the WORST is that GOD IS NOT PRESENT. HIS SPIRIT DOES NOT ABIDE THERE. TOTAL SEPARATION FROM GOD WILL NEVER BE KNOWN UNLESS YOU ARE IN HELL. FOREVER.
