Griffin himself has worked with a number of major corporations, such as Quaker, Kodak and Merch, and has been involved in human resources for over 20 years. He states that his publication is for large and small businesses alike, that commerce may be conducted uprightly in an upside down world where profit often takes the preeminence over principle.
