(Life News) — A British doctor who did an abortion on a 16-year-old girl’s baby and then proceeded to rape her has been found guilty. The doctor, Michael Salmon, reportedly sexually abused multiple girls during his practice.

Salmon is on trial at Reading Crown Court accused of three counts a rape, 11 of indecent assault, and two of using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage.

Prosecutors claim he assaulted girls while treating them under the pretense of “vaginal examinations” and performed an illegal abortion on a 16-year-old before raping her, saying “one favor deserves another.” He invited her back a second time after warning she might have been pregnant with twins and again raped her.
