(TN News Service) — Fatal attacks by apparent terrorists occurred Sunday and Monday in Germany, Turkey, Libya, and Jordan. An attack in Switzerland resulted in three persons wounded by gunshots.

The attacks came after the U.S. State Department issued a statement in November warning the ISIS and al-Qaida may be planning attacks on public areas during “the upcoming holiday season…”

Monday night in Berlin, a truck plowed into a crowded Christmas market in the German capital Berlin, killing nine people and injuring up to 50 others, police said.
